Behavior and Device Policy Agreement *

To help ensure a safe and respectful environment for everyone, Light to the World Church maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding serious issues like bullying, harassment, drugs, alcohol, violence, weapons, and fighting—any of these may result in immediate dismissal from camp. The church is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If a device is found, it will be safely stored in the church office and returned only to a parent or guardian at the end of the day. If you need to reach this person during camp hours, please contact the church office at (916) 225-8962. If you have any questions about these guidelines, feel free to talk with our staff.

Release and Agreement *

I give my permission for this person to participate in Diamond Arrow Christian Summer Camp with Light to the World Church. To the best of my knowledge, they are in good health and do not have any undisclosed medical conditions that would pose a risk to themselves or others. I authorize the camp's medical team to provide care as needed and, in case of an emergency, I consent to any necessary medical or surgical treatment or hospitalization during camp hours. I understand that I am responsible for any medical costs incurred. I also acknowledge that Light to the World Church is not responsible for this person outside of official camp hours. If this person does not follow camp rules, I understand they may be asked to leave. By agreeing below, I release the church, camp staff, and any partnering organizations from financial liability related to this person's participation.
